Shipping: Destinations, Costs & Timing
We ship from Shenzhen, China to the continental United States, Australia, Canada, New Zealand, and the United Kingdom. US delivery excludes Alaska, Hawaii, territories, and APO/FPO addresses.
- Processing: 1–3 business days.
- Transit after dispatch: 3–9 business days.
- Total estimated time: 4–12 business days from order placement to delivery. Customs, carrier capacity, holidays, and peak demand may cause delays.
- Shipping cost: Free for orders of $59.99 USD or more; $6.99 USD for orders below $59.99.
- Tracking: Sent by email when your parcel is dispatched.
Returns & Refunds: Start with Your Order Number
- Return window: Request a return within 30 days of carrier-confirmed delivery.
- Condition: Items must be unused, unworn, unaltered, and resalable, with original packaging, tags, and accessories.
- Return shipping: VERYRECOVERY provides a prepaid label for defective, damaged, or incorrect items. Customers pay return shipping for change-of-mind returns. No restocking fee applies.
- Refund timing: Inspection within 3 business days of receipt; refunds to the original payment method take 1–5 business days after approval, depending on your bank.

Payments: Ways to Pay & Order Confirmation
Our Payments Policy lists Shop Pay, Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and UnionPay, with payments processed through Shopify Payments. Your order confirmation is emailed to the address provided at checkout.

Warranty: Support Beyond Delivery
- Warranty period: 24-month limited warranty from carrier-confirmed delivery for purchases made directly through veryrecovery.com.
- Coverage: Manufacturing defects in materials or workmanship under normal, intended use.
- Resolution: Free replacement with the same or a comparable model; a refund if a replacement is unavailable.
- Defect claims: VERYRECOVERY covers shipping for confirmed manufacturing defects. Replacement dispatch is within 3–5 business days after inspection.
Accidental damage, misuse, normal wear, unauthorized modifications, and third-party purchases are excluded. Contact us with your order ID and a photo or video of the defect before sending an item back.
