Shipping destinations

We currently ship to the United States, the United Kingdom, New Zealand, Australia, and Canada.

Order processing

Order processing takes 1–3 business days.

Shipping methods and costs

For all five destinations listed above, orders of US$59.99 or more qualify for free shipping. Orders below US$59.99 have a shipping fee of US$6.99.

Estimated delivery times

Estimated transit time after dispatch is 3–9 business days. This is in addition to the order processing time.

Order tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, we will send you an email notification with your tracking number so you can track your shipment.

Delivery assistance

For shipping questions, address correction requests, delayed deliveries, missing parcels, or items damaged in transit, contact support@veryrecovery.com and include your order number and a description of the issue.
